Sabja Banana Milkshake
To start with my blog I would call for a simple yet tasty recipe....This is my mom's recipe.. When I was young, I hate drinking milk. My mom tried all tricks to make me drink it. She would add health drink powders or make it a chocolate drink and freeze it n what not.
Once,she made this milkshake and it turned out to be my personal favorite till date.. So here I go sharing with you my favorite recipe...

Ingredients
Banana- 2 nos
Sugar- 3 tbsp
Milk- 2 cups
Milk maid- 1tbsp
Vanilla Essence- 2-3 drops
Kus-kus- 4 tsp soaked in a cup of water
Chocolate Sauce as needed
Letz begin.....
1. Take the bananas and peel it.
2. Peel and cut bananas. Refrigerate it overnight.
3.Move to a blender.
4.Add sugar and milk to blender.
5.Add in 1 tbsp of milkmaid
6. Drop 2-3 drops of vanilla essence.
7. Soak some sabja seeds(kus-kus) in a cup of water.
8. Prepare your serving glass. I lined it with some chocolate sauce.
9. Pour milk shake on to the serving glass..Top with sabja seeds. Enjoy chilled.
Notes
1. Since bananas are frozen, you can just add chilled milk, no need of frozen milk.
