Simple Chicken Biriyani

Today as I was going through my drafts, came acriss this recipe.. It is the basic biriyani with no dum process... This is a quick version.. The waiting part is only in the marination. When you need like having a Chicken Biriyani, but lazy in in doing the long process.......try this out...  Give it a try and do let me know your experience... Ingredients Chicken- 1/2 kg Chilli powder- 2 tbspn Turmeric powder- 1 tsp Garam masala- 1 tsp Salt- as per taste Curd- 1 tbsp Onion- 2 medium Tomatoes- 2 medium Basmati rice- 2 cups Water- 3 cups Letz begin.......... 1. Lets start by marinating chicken...Take chicken pieces in a bowl.. 2. Add in chilli powder, turmeric,salt and garam masala to the chicken pieces.. 3. Marinate it well 4. Add in curd and mix well. Kiwi Lemonade

It is really very hot here...I make juices and milkshakes to adapt to this climatemail. Yesterday, I made Kiwi Lemonade. Try it! It will chill you off instantly... I was trying lemonade for the first time and it was too good. I am going to try different types of lemonades very soon.. I will share the recipes with you sooon.... Give it a try and let me know your experience Ingredients Kiwi- 2 nos Sugar- 5 tbspn Lemon juice- 2 tbsp/ 1 lemon's juice Water- 2 cups chilled Here we goooo 1. Take your main ingredient 2. Peel it and chop it off 3. Move it to a blender 4. Add in sugar 5. Add in lemon juice 6. Puree it 7. Add in water and puree again 8. Drain it off..... 9. The strands will be left off.. Ignore it 10. Serve chilled.......

Street Style Egg Biriyani

This is a variety biryani recipe. If you love spicy food, this is a must try!!! Street foods are always good in taste with a good amount of spice in it.. This is an effortless biriyani. You only need handful of ingredients to make this.. It is always nice to try out variety food at our own kitchen. Although it is a spicy recipe, since we are trying it out by ourselves, we can reduce the spice upto our taste... So I share the recipe hoping you will try this out....... Ingredients Eggs- 2 boiled and peeled Onion- 1 medium Tomato- 1 medium Coriander leaves- a spring Mint leaves- a spring Chilli powder- 1 tsp Turmeric power- 1 tsp Coriander powder- 1 tsp Garam masala- 1 tsp Yogurt Salt- as per taste Sugar-  a pinch Water- 1/4 cup Oil- 2 tbspn Basmati rice- 2 cups.... Punjabi Bhindi Masala

I made this dish quiet often at home. Whenever I feel lazy and yet needs to cook,  I usually go for making some easy recipes. I make this often for Chapati... I have a personal affection towards this recipe because this recipe was taught by my hubby's grandma.. She stays at Puneand when we visited her once she made this and it was my favorite since date.. So here I share with you the recipe.. Give it a try and do let me know your experience...... Ingredients Ladies finger- 10 nos Onion- 1 medium Chilli powder- 1 tsp Turmeric powder- 1 tsp Corriander powder- 1 tsp Garam masala- 1 tsp Salt- as per taste Water- 1/4 cup Chat masala- 1 tsp Here we go..... 1. Wash ladies finger- in running water and cut into 1 inch pieces. 2. Now add in salt 3. Add in chilli powder 4. Add in turmeric powder and corriander powder 5. Add in garam masala 6.
