Garlic Naan
I love cooking a lot.. I cook for my family n for my blog too. But at times I love sitting idle and have food from outside.. We go at a nearby restaurant and dine there. We both love varieties and order variety food. Once we had naan and paneer butter masala from there and it was too good.. The next day I tried out garlic naan googling the recipe and it turned out well.... Here I am sharing with you the recipe...
Give it a try and do let me know your experience..

15. Spread butter/ ghee on top of the naan
16. Serve hot with your favourite curry.. I served with Punjabi Bhindi Masala..
Notes
If the watered part of your naan is not cooked completely.. jus show it directly on to the flame like you do for phulkas.
Make sure you place the naan on to the tawa in a high flame...
