10 min Egg Pasanda Curry


This is a time saver recipe. Once I was sleepy all day, and had only little time left for preparing dinner. I made chappathis and thought of making an easy curry I had eggs in fridge but making an egg curry would take time. Suddenly, I thought of Egg Burji which my aunt makes for lunch. Since it was to go well with chappathi, I made  twist in the old recipe. Yeah!!it turned out really well..... So here I share the recipe with you....

Ingredients
Eggs- 2 nos
Onion- 1 medium sliced
Tomato- 1 small chopped
Green chilli- 1 slit
Red chilli powder- 1 tsp
Turmeric powder- 1/2 tsp
Pepper Powder- 1 tsp
Salt- as per taste
Garam masala- 1 tsp
Corriander leaves- 1 tsp
Curry leaves- 1 spring
Oil- 1 tsp
Water- 1/4 cup

Here we begin..
1. Heat oil in a pan and add onions. Add in green chilli and curry leaves. Saute well
2. Add in tomatoes and cook till it turns mushy.
3. Add in spice powders
4. Take eggs in a bowl. Add in salt and pepper powder well
5. Add in to the masala mix and mix uo well...
6. Add corriander leaves and final mix.. Serve hot

Now towards step wise illustrations

Heat oil in a pan and saute onions

Add in green chillies and curry leaves

Add in tomatoes snd cook till mushy

Add in spice powders and mix well

Take eggs in a bowl. Beat with pepper and salt


Add egg mix onto the masala mix

Add in garam masala

 Add in water and bring to boil

Add in corriander leaves and mix well(forgot to take pics). Serve hot
