Pav Bhaji- Mumbai Style
I love these North Indian snacks a lot. My mom in law hails from Pune and I have been there with family a couple of times. At ev
ening, we used to take a walk around the near by streets and finally end up in a street shop to relish these delicacies.
Pav Bhaji is one of my personal favourite and is for a long time in my to-do list. But the recipe is my hubby's aunt's and I was all the way beside taking pictures.. It was a nice experience watching her do... It tasted the way just actually I had in street shops and I even tried out it in my kitchen.. Now I share with you the recipe....
