Mutton Ularthu
I have always kept a distance from non veg items other than egg and chicken.
I haven't even tasted nor prepared anything of the same pre marriage. Ever since I was married, I have been trying out different kinds of food in my kitchen because my hubby love variety dishes and he always prompt me to try out the same...
I had never ate mutton in my lifetime. I didn't even know any recipes of it. But my hubby loves it and he bought mutton last time. I was totally confused and started googling for recipes.
My hubby loves roasted meat but since it consumes lots of oil, I kept away from it. This Ularth is a special kind of one as it consumes little oil and it tastes like heaven. It is an easy recipe you need to try out. Though I made it for the first time, he loved it and appreciated me tons. Now I am quite confident of making mutton recipes and is determined to try out many. So here I share the recipe with you...
Do give it a try and let me know your experience
