Vegetable Noodles- Easier Version
Regarding Chinese Cuisine I knew only to prepare noodles, that too Maggie Noodles :-p... Ever since I started blogging, I am into trying out various dishes at home. One such recipe was Noodles Recipes. I have been away from this was my hubby is not that interested in noodles recipes. And I have to make n eat all by myself.. Once while he was away on a tour, I tried it out and it was in my draft for a pretty long time.. As I went through my folder today, got this one and I am immediately posting it... Itz pretty easy and quiet tasty to make also. You just need a handful of ingredients in trying this out. Here I share with you the recipe...

Ingredients
Hakka noodles- 1 pkt
Beans- 1 cup
Carrot- 1 cup
Capsicum- 1 cup
Onion- 1
Soya sauce- 1 tsp
Tomato sauce- 1 tbspn
Chilli sauce- 1 tsp
Vinegar- 1 tsp
Ginger- 1 tsp
Garlic- 1 tsp
Salt- a pinch
Water- 2 cups
Here we go......
1. Break noodles and cook in lots of water
2. Mix up all sauces together
3. Add in vinegar to this..
4. In a heavy bottom pan, heat oil and add ginger and garlic
5. Add onions and saute well
6. Saute all veggies together.. It should be bit crispy.. i.e it should only be half cooked
7. Add in cooked noodles and mix up well.....
8. Add in sauce mix and salt and fluff it up well.....
9. Enjoy yummy noodles....
Now towards step wise illustrations.....
1. Boil lots of water
2. Break noodles in the hot water and let it cook
3. Once cooked, drain away remaining water
4. In a bowl, mix up all the sauces
5. Heat oil in a pan and add ginger garlic
6. Saute onions well
7. Add in chopped veggies and saute well
8. Once sauted, add in cooked noodles. The veggies should be a bit crispy. However you can cook as per your taste
9. Mix it up well.
10. Add in the sauce mix
11. Fluff it up well using a fork
12. Saute for a minute and serve hot
