Mango Cake



I love baking.... When it comes to baking cakes, I love to try out variety of cakes in my kitchen. I have posted many versions of cakes in my blog as well. 
This one is a special version- because it is an eggless cake! And it is a Mango Cake. Itz Mango season here and I have got some ripe mangoes with me as well.  I wanted to try out something different. So thought of making this cake. It has nice flavour in it and while it gets baked, your kitchen will be filled with nice aroma.. So here I share the recipe with you..

Ingredients

Mango- 2 ripe chopped
Condensed milk- 3/4 cup
All purpose flour- 1 1/2 cup
Butter- 1/2 cup
Sugar- 1/2 cup
Baking powder- 1 tsp
Baking soda- 1/2 tsp 

Here goes the recipe.....
1. Chop some mangoes. Move to a blender, add in sugar and make puree out of it..
2. Sieve flour and keep aside
3. In a bowl, add butter and condensed milk and give a good mix
4. Add in pureed mango to this as well.
5. Add in flour and mix up gently. Make sure all ingredients are mixed up well
6. If it turns out thick, you can add milk as well..
7. Grease cake tin with butter, dust it with flour and make your cake dish ready
8. Pour in the ingredients and bake for 30 minutes in 180 degrees
9. Allow it to cool and cut into pieces. Serve

Now towards step wise illustrations

1. Peel and cut mangoes. 


2. Move it to a blender

3. Add in sugar

4. Puree it

5. Take some melted butter in a bowl

6. Add in condensed milk

7. Add in pureed mangoes

8. Mix it well

9. Sieve flour in and add to the mango mix



10. Mix it up well

11. If the mix turns out thick, add some milk in and mix well


12. Grease cake dish and throw cake mix in. Bake for 30 minutes


13. Once cooled, cut into pieces and serve...
