Musk melon milkshake

Hello guys... Getting back to you all after a pretty long time... It was a tough time for me to balance between my work n personal space... Cooking is always been my stress buster and even when I was out from blogging I have been cooking a lot....  Now I think I should be into blogging as I used to do before...So to start with after a long gap I begin with a sweet recipe...
It is really very hot over here and I am here sharing a milkshake recipe which is perfect to beat the heat..... This milkshake is made with muskmelon and it cools you off instantly... I have already shared a muskmelon lemonade recipe in my blog... This summer let's cool off with some milkshakes, juices n icecreams.... Here goes the recipe......

Ingredients

 Muskmelon- 1 cup shreded
Cold milk- 1 cup
Dates- 2 nos crushed
Icecream- 1 scoop(optional)

 Steps:-

 1. Cut, peel and shred muskmelon...
2. Transfer it to a mixer and pour in cold milk, icecream dates n milk...
3. Beat it for 2-3 minutes
4. Pour it on a glass... Serve it chill

Now towards step wise illustration.....


1. Cut the muskmelon


2. Deseed it.


 3. Scoop it out to a bowl......


 4. Transfer it to a mixer.

 5. Add in crushed dates


6. Add in scooped icecream. I used tutty-fruity icecream(Optional)


7. Add in cold milk.

8. Pour on to a serving glass

9.  I topped with a cherry
 10. And sprinkled some chocolate sauce and served chilled.....

This is a time saver recipe. Once I was sleepy all day, and had only little time left for preparing dinner. I made chappathis and thought of making an easy curry I had eggs in fridge but making an egg curry would take time. Suddenly, I thought of Egg Burji which my aunt makes for lunch. Cilantro Chapathi/ Coriander Chapathi

You guys know how I love chapathi. I make it often because both of us love chapathi more than rice. Usually I make it for dinner and each time I try varieties in it. Last day, I made cilantro chappathi. It is just because I had quiet a lot coriander leaves lying in fridge and I wanted to consume it badly. So I ended up in this recipe..It turned out to be soft and was really a hit in my kitchen I served it with simple potato coconut milk gravy and the combo was lovely. You can try it out with chicken curry as well. I feel it goes pretty well with any gravy. Here goes the recipe...
