Coconut Milk Vegetable Biriyani

This is yet another biriyani recipe which is easy to make..It gives a good flavour since the veggies are cooked in coconut milk. It is a simple recipe with the very same ingredients you need for making vegetable biriyani. When you wish to experience a diff variety of biriyani you can try this out... Ingredients Basmati rice- 2 cups Coconut milk- 2 cups Beans- 1 cup Carrot- 1 cup Onion- 1 medium Fennel seeds- 1 tsp Pepper corns- 1 tsp Cloves- 4 nos Cinnamon stick- 2  small Garam masala- 1 tsp Cashews- 10 nos Oil- 1 tbspn Salt- as needed Corriander leaves- 1 spring Water- 2 cups 1. Dragon Fruit Milkshake

I made this milkshake because of the inspiration of the drink I tasted from a shop. I had Dragon Fruit Shake with Icecream, but this is just the Milkshake version..Thee are 2 types of dragon fruits- one with a pink color and other is white. Here I used the white one... You just need a handful of ingredients to make it..So here I share the recipe.. Give it a try and do let me know your experience.. Ingredients Dragon fruit- 1 nos Milk- 1 cup Sugar- 5 tbspn Almonds crushed- 1 tbspn Here we begin... 1. Take your ice tray from fridge.. 2. Fill it with milk.. 3. Now move it to freezer... Freeze for some 2 hours.. 4. Now take your dragon fruit and cut it small pieces.. 5. Now take the ice tray.. Milk is freezer now.. 5. Move the fruits and milk cubes to a blender.. 6. Add sugar to it. Stuffed Mushroom Cheese Paratha

Hi guys! How are you all doing. Posting after a couple of days... This was my Instant recipe of dinner... I had mushrooms on hand and was planning to prepare a mushroom curry but finally ended up in mushroom paratha. To add more flavour to it I added some cheese as well.. So here we gooo.. Apart trying out South Indian cuisines, I usually try North Indian dishes in my kitchen as well. My hubby loves aaloo Paratha a lot.. Initially when I tried it out, my kitchen was a total mess and I keep myself away from trying this for a couple of days. Ever since I started blogging, making aaloo Paratha was my target..
