Soya chunks pulav

My favourite recipe ever is pulavs and biriyanis. I usually try different versions of it.  My hubby taunts me that whatever ingredients I get in kitchen will turn to pulav... This was my first cooking experiment with my husband and it was good except that it was a bit spicy. When I made it next time I reduced the amount of spices and the pulav was good with minimum spices but no compromise in taste.. So here we gooo...

Give it a try and do let me know your experience....
