Eggless Pear Tutty-fruity Cake





When I was cleaning up my fridge, I saw a batch of Pear waiting to get consumed.. I planned of making a cake out of it since I was away from baking for a couple of days..  I ought to make an eggless version of it because I need to get the full flavour of Pear in my cake.. I assembled and made the batter but it was a sort of white cake. To add more colours to it, I added some Tutty-fruity to it and baked...... It tasted too good. I must say it is a good try for beginners in baking as it has no frizzy icing over it... A simple cake which tastes good... So here we gooo....

An addition- The cake is kind of a soggy type.. No issues! the texture of a fruit cake is like it...

Ingredients

All purpose flour- 1 1/2 cup
Sugar- 1 cup
Baking powder- 1 tsp
Baking soda- 1 tsp
Milk- 1/2 cup
Oil- 1/4 cup
Tutty-fruity- 2 tbsp
Pear- 1 pear mashed
Vanilla essence- 1 tsp

Here we begin

1. Sieve maida, baking powder and baking soda and set aside.





2. Take mashed pear in a large bowl and add in sugar.

3. Mix it well and add in vanilla essence.



4. Add in oil to this and mix well.

5. Add in milk

6. Add in flour little by little and fold in gently.

7. Prepare a cake tin and add batter to this..

8. Add Tutty-fruity on top of it..

9. Now bake it for 25-30 minutes till an inserted toothpick comes out clean from the middle.. It took 25 minutes for me. Now my cake is beautifully baked....

10. Ice cooled, slice and serve....
