Chicken curry-Simplest version

This is my first chicken recipe... It is a very simpler version of making a chicken curry. You will need only a handful of ingredients in making this out.. I love this method because it only takes some time to make and no compromise in taste. I have posted many other chicken recipes in my blog, but this one is my personal favourite. I will say you must try this one out..... So here I share my recipe with you guyz!!!!!! Do give it a try and do let me know your experience.. Ingredients For marination:- Chicken- 500 g Chilli powder- 2 tsp Turmeric powder- 1/2 tsp Corriander powder- 1 tsp Chicken masala- 1 tbspn Salt- as per taste Vinegar- 2 tsp Water- 1 tbspn For masala:- Onion- 1 chopped Potatoes- 1 chopped Tomato- 1 chopped Coconut pieces- 1/4 cup Corriander leaves- 1 spring Water- 1 cup Oil- 2 tbspn Here goes the recipe...... 1. Not my personal favourite...but still if you want to relish a bit less spicy but juicy type of chicken dish... go for this recipe.... I have made this after watching a video. However this is my own version of that recipe... No delays!! Over to the recipe.... Give it a try and do let me kbow your experience Ingredients For Marination Chicken- boneless 500 gms Pepper- 1 tbspn Egg- 1 Cornflour- 1 tsp All purpose flour- 2 tbspn Salt- as per taste For masala Onion- 1 medium Capsicum- 1 Soya sauce- 1 tsp Tomato ketchup- 2 tsp Chilli sauce- 1 tbspn Oil - for shallow frying Here we begin 1. My husband loves chicken a lot. If I serve him chicken dishes 3 times a day also, he will be very happy. I usually reduce chicken dishes for health reasons. But how can I stay away from my hubby's favorite dish.. I usually try different types of chicken recipes at my kitchen. This is my favorite recipe of all time...  Here I share with you the recipe.. Coconut Rice/ Thengasadam

Itz my favorite recipe of all time. We make this quite often at home. However my mom n myself prepares it differently. Mom prepares it by using coconut milk and mine is dessicated coconut. Here I am sharing my version of making it. I will share mom' s version soon.... Do give it a try and do let me know your experience Ingredients Basmati rice- 1 cup cooked Dessicated coconut- 1 cup Ghee/Oil- 1 tbspn For tempering Ghee- 1 tsp Mustard seeds- 1 tsp Urad dal- 1 tsp Chana dal/ kadalaparippu- 1 tsp Red chilli- 1 nos Curry leaves- 2 springs Here we go.. 1. Prepare rice . Leftover rice is the best option. 2. In a pan, add ghee and fry coconut till golden. 3. Add in cooked rice on to it and mix well. Keep aside. ( I used a small pan for frying coconut, hence for mixing i transferred it to another big vessel.) 4. Now its tempering part. Add ghee on to a pan. 5.
