Chicken Manchurian
Not my personal favourite...but still if you want to relish a bit less spicy but juicy type of chicken dish... go for this recipe.... I have made this after watching a video. However this is my own version of that recipe... No delays!! Over to the recipe....

Ingredients
For Marination
Chicken- boneless 500 gms
Pepper- 1 tbspn
Egg- 1
Cornflour- 1 tsp
All purpose flour- 2 tbspn
Salt- as per taste
For masala
Onion- 1 medium
Capsicum- 1
Soya sauce- 1 tsp
Tomato ketchup- 2 tsp
Chilli sauce- 1 tbspn
Oil - for shallow frying
Here we begin
1. Take chicken pieces in a bowl(chicken breast is the best option) and marinate with ingredients listed under marination.
2. Heat a pan and fry the chicken pieces and keep aside.
3. In a bowl, take all sauces listed and make it a paste
4. In the same pan add onions and saute well
5. Add in capsicum once onions turn soft
6. Add in fried chicken pieces and mix well
7. Now add in the sauce mix and mix well...
8. Serve hot.
( I have added chilli powder as I need my dish to be a bit spicy)!
Now towards step wise illusrations
1. Take chicken in a bowl and add in salt n pepper
2. Add in an egg
3. Add in cornflour
4. Mix well
5. Add in all purpose flour
6. Mix it up well again
7. Heat oil in a pan
8. Fry the chicken pieces
8. Flip and cook both sides. Remove it
9. In a bowl mix all the sauces and keep aside
10. In the same pan add onions and saute well
11. Add in capsicum
12. Add in chilli powder. You can skip this step if you need less spicy gravy
13. Add in cooked chicken pieces
14. Mix it well
14. Add in sauce mix
15. Mix well
