No Egg No Bake Rose Agar-Agar Pudding



You all know how I love baking... I make baked puddings as well.. This is a basic pudding, I would say a must try for beginners who are into baking..

It was the very first pudding I made for the first time..It has a lovely flavour and a beautiful pink colour on it..... Do try it out guys!! I am sure you are going to definitely love it...

Ingredients
Milk- 2 cups
Agar-Agar/ China Grass- 10 GM's
Sugar- 1 cup
Water- 1/4 cup
Rose essence- 3-4 drops
Pink food color- 2-3 drops
Oil- for brushing

Here we go...

1. Take China Grass in a bowl

2. Add water to it and soak well..

3. Rub it well with your hands.. Let it rest for 10 minutes

4. Heat milk in a sauce pan

5. Add in sugar and mix well 

5. Mix it well and allow it boil. Keep aside once it's done 

6. Take soaked China Grass in a sauce pall and allow it to boil


7. Pour it to the milk and mix gently 

8. Strain it so that you could get any strands of China Grass left in the mix

9. Add rose essence to the mix

10. Add pink food colour to it

11. Mix it up well 

12. Grease your pan with oil..


13. Pour the mix in

14. Move to freezer. Freeze for 2 hours

15. Once it is set, cut it shape you need
