Hi dearz!! If you love eating gulab jamun, I lwill say you must try out this bread jamun too. The main ingredient is bread and obviously I couldn't find any difference in taste of bread jamun with gulab jamun. This recipe is actually a cheat version of our gulab jamun. I was googling and came across a video of making bread jamun. I wanted to try this out immediately and luckily I could find all ingredients in kitchen. I made it out and it was a hit..

Ingredients

Bread- 6 slices
Milk powder- 2 tbspn
Milk- 1 tbspn

Sugar solution
Sugar- 1/2 cup
Water- 1 cup
Cardamom pods- 4 nos
Ghee/ Oil- for frying

Here we go....

1. Take bread slices and cut off the sides.
2. Tear it into pieces and move to a blender and powder it
3. Add in milk powder and rub it well with your hands
4. Add in milk and knead to a soft dough and make small balls out of it
5. Now let us make sugar solution. Take sugar and water in a saucepan and bring it to boil..
6. Add in cardamom and allow it to boil
7. Heat oil in a kadai. Add bread balls on to it and fry till golden
8. Fry the whole batch and move it on to sugar solution. Let it rest for an hour
9. Enjoy your yummy jamuns...
