Bread Biriyani

This is always a success recipe in my kitchen. Whenever I feel lazy to cook dinner this is my life saver recipe. It is pretty easy to make and also a bit spicy than the usual bread toast , bread butter or bread n jam. I love the flavors. Each time I make this, I add the veggies on hand. Yesterday I made this for dinner and I had some bell peppers and onions on hand, so I added it. You can add your favorite veggies or even fish/meat as per your taste. So here goes the recipe........ Give it a try and do let me know your experience Ingredients Bread slices- 7 to 8 Onions- 1 medium sliced Bell peppers-  1 red+1 green Red chilli powder- 1 tsp Turmeric Powder- 1/2 tsp Garam Masala- 1 tsp Salt- as per taste Coriander leaves- 1 tbspn Water- 1 cup Fennel seeds- 1 tsp Oil- 1 tbspn Lets begin....... 1. Simple Vegetable Pizza

Both old and young likes pizza. I was quiet reluctant to try it out in my kitchen. But it was in my to-do list. I found ready made pizza base in a mall here. So my first step was done. I gathered up all ingredients and tried it. This was quiet a simpler version since it was my first pizza bake attempt. My next target will be home made pizza dough. I will share it very soon. So here goes my simpler version of vegetable pizza. It has a good amount of veggies and cheese and hence it has a nice flavour.. Here goes the recipe.... Mutton Roast

We don't cook or eat beef at home. And seriously I didnt even know how its made. We were called on for lunch on Easter by my hubby's friend and this was her recipe. Being a food blogger, I wanted to post it in my blog, but the recipe was half done when we reached there. So I couldn't take pics. I got the recipe from her.Since we don't prepare beef at home, I substituted it with mutton. You can switch this recipe with mutton or beef. I dont know about the beef version, but my mutton version was too good..
