Simple Vegetable Pizza



Both old and young likes pizza. I was quiet reluctant to try it out in my kitchen. But it was in my to-do list. I found ready made pizza base in a mall here. So my first step was done. I gathered up all ingredients and tried it. This was quiet a simpler version since it was my first pizza bake attempt. My next target will be home made pizza dough. I will share it very soon. So here goes my simpler version of vegetable pizza. It has a good amount of veggies and cheese and hence it has a nice flavour.. Here goes the recipe....

Ingredients

Pizza base- 1
Onion- 1 small chopped
Bell pepper- 1/2 red+ 1/2 green
Olives- 1 tbspn
Cheese- 1/2 cup grated
Tomato Ketchup- 2 tbspn
Red Chilli Sauce- 1 tbspn
Mayonnaise- 1 tbspn

Lets start......
1. Take your pizza base. Spread tomato ketchup, chilli sauce and mayonnaise
2. Spread some grated cheese
3. Add in chopped veggies and olives
4. Add in grated cheese on top of it
5. Preheat oven to 200 degree celcius
6. Bake for 15 minutes or until done. Serve hot..


Now towards step wise illustrations

Take your pizza base 

Spread in some ketchup 

Add in some chilli sauce 

Spread it well 

Drop some mayonnaise in 

Spread it evenly 

 Add in some grated cheese 

 Add in  chopped onions 

Add in green bell pepper/ capsicum 

Add in red bell pepper/capsicum 

Add in olives 

Spread some grated cheese over the veggies
 Bake and serve hot
