Mutton Roast

We don't cook or eat beef at home. And seriously I didnt even know how its made. We were called on for lunch on Easter by my hubby's friend and this was her recipe. Being a food blogger, I wanted to post it in my blog, but the recipe was half done when we reached there. So I couldn't take pics. I got the recipe from her.Since we don't prepare beef at home, I substituted it with mutton. You can switch this recipe with mutton or beef. I dont know about the beef version, but my mutton version was too good..

Give it a try and do let me know your experience
