Kadai Paneer- Restaurant Style

Paneer is always my favourite. I usually hunt for different paneer recipes often. This one I am sharing is the one I found from a cook book. It turned out pretty good for me. For all the vegetarians out here!!!! Paneer is such a dish which complements with red meat. It is rich with proteins which is really good for health. So here goes the recipe... Give it a try and do let me know your experience Ingredients For kadai masala:- Cumin seeds/Jeerakam- 1 tsp Pepper- 4-5 nos Dried red chilli- 3 nos Corriander powder- 2 tsp For onion tomato puree:- Onion- 2 medium chopped Tomato -1 medium chopped Garlic- 5-6 pods Ginger- 1 small piece Almonds/ Cashews- 8 nos Red chilli powder- 1 tbspn Turmeric powder- 1 tsp Salt- as per taste Oil- 1 tsp For kadai paneer:- Paneer- 250 gms Onion- 1 chopped big Capsicum- 1 chopped big Kasuri methi- 1 tsp Cream- 3 tbspn Garam masala- 1 tsp Water- 1 cup Oil- 1 tsp Method 1. Potato Masala Dosa

Dosas are always a versatile recipe. Whenever I make idli/ dosa batter, the first few days will be idli and normal dosa. Then I switch to Uttapams amd stuffed dosas. The one I am sharing now is the basic masala dosa. The stuffing is pretty easy and needs only few ingredients. If you are in a hurry in morning,you can just prepare the stuffing at night and refrigerate it. Only you need to take it back half an hour before you start preparing dosa in the morning. So off we go to the recipe... Mutton Masala

I love this curry. This was my first try on mutton recipe. It is pretty easy because marination is not needed in this recipe. You can add cleaned mutton on to the curry directly. The taste resembles the same as that you get in small hotels. I had this once in a small road side shop  near Thirunelli while travelling out of city. I could see the preperation process because it is a small shop, cooking is done on one side and tables are arranged on the other side. I watched it and tried it on my kitchen. It turned out good which gave me confidence to try out more mutton recipes. I served it with Rice Puttu and the combination was just too good!!!! Here goes the recipe.....
