Pazhampori/ Fried Banana Fritters- Snack Ideas
This is my favourite tea time snack recipe. It is an easy recile and I was wondering why I didn't post this in my blog. You need to be careful for just a few things.It was in my draft for days and I have clearly explained every step. I am sharing the recipe with you.

Ingredients
Banana- Nendrapazham2 nos
Maida- 1 cup
Sugar- 2 tbspn
Baking powder- 1 tsp
Salt- 1 tsp
Turmeric powder- 1/2 tsp
Water- 1/2 cup
Oil- for deep frying
Method
1. Peel and slice bananas
2. Add in maida, baking powder, salt, sugar and water. Batter is ready.
3. Heat oil in a kadai.
4. Dip banana slice in batter and fry till golden
5. Enjoy with tea or coffee
Now towards step wise illustration
Take your bananas
Peel off the skin
Slice it thinly..
Take flour in a bowl
Add in salt
Add in sugar
Add in baking powder
Add in water
Batter ready
This should be the pouring consistency
Take the banana slice
Put it in the batter
Coat it well in the batter mix
