Hi dears!!!!!!! Hope you all had a great weekend. Mine was a little tiring one... I did some interior work at home. I will share pics in photo blog soon.... Everything was messed up and I done all cleaning and finished everything by evening...... After my work, I made an egg fried rice, plain roti and onion paratha. Dont worry!!!! I have taken pics.. Will upload soon!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So stay tuned!!!!!!!
Now coming back to the recipe it is a simple paratha. Stuffed parathas are always a versatile recipe. You can stuff everything inside a paratha and make it a stuffed paratha. This has a simple onion filling and it tastes perfect... I served it with mayonnaise. I made parathas small, however you can increase the size of paratha as per your wish.
