Potato Masala Dosa

Dosas are always a versatile recipe. Whenever I make idli/ dosa batter, the first few days will be idli and normal dosa. Then I switch to Uttapams amd stuffed dosas. The one I am sharing now is the basic masala dosa. The stuffing is pretty easy and needs only few ingredients. If you are in a hurry in morning, you can just prepare the stuffing at night and refrigerate it. Only you need to take it back half an hour before you start preparing dosa in the morning. So off we go to the recipe...
