Mutton Masala

I love this curry. This was my first try on mutton recipe. It is pretty easy because marination is not needed in this recipe. You can add cleaned mutton on to the curry directly. The taste resembles the same as that you get in small hotels. I had this once in a small road side shop  near Thirunelli while travelling out of city. I could see the preperation process because it is a small shop, cooking is done on one side and tables are arranged on the other side. I watched it and tried it on my kitchen. It turned out good which gave me confidence to try out more mutton recipes. I served it with Rice Puttu and the combination was just too good!!!! Here goes the recipe.....

Give it a try and do let me know your experience
