Egg Makhani

Image
Egg Makhani is nothing but gravy cooked in butter with eggs. Anything cooked in butter is lovely and I am an addict of butterly recipes. I have already shared some egg recipes in my blog. I made this recipe yesterday, when I had guests at home. They don't eat meat but only eggs and I have to hunt for a recipe which is quiet authentic. Hence I thought of upgrading my normal egg curry with a north-indian blend. I added some cream and kasuri methi leaves for that. The recipe turned out to be perfect and my guests loved it... I served it with butter nan and I think it goes pretty well with chapathi, pulav or even plain rice. Hope u will also love this.. Here goes the recipe..... Give it a try and do let me know your experience Ingredients Eggs- 2 nos boiled Onion- 1 large chopped Tomato puree- 1 cup Red chilli powder- 2 tsp Garam masala- 1 tsp Fennel seeds- 1 tsp Cloves- 4 nos Cinnamon- 1 stick Cream- 3 tbspn Butter- 1 tbspn Salt- as per taste Sugar- a pinch  Kasu...

Eggless Apple Pudding

I have already shared an Apple Cake recipe in my blog so I thought of reverting my plan to make a pudding. I would say this is an easy pudding recipe I have made. It requires only handful of ingredients which I am pretty sure you will find in your kitchen. The cooking part is only the warming up of milk. Rest is all about blending and mixing. I have not added sugar in this recipe since my apples were too ripe. You can add sugar if you need a sweeter pudding.  Here goes the recipe.... Give it a try and do let me know your experience Ingredients Apples- 2 nos Milk- 1/2 cup+ 3 cups Milkmaid- 1 cup Vanilla extract- 1 tsp Gelatin- 1 tsp Tutti fruity- to garnish Method 1. Peel, slice, chop apples and keep aside 2. Soak gelatin in some cold water 3. Take apples in a blender. Add in half c...
