Paneer Paratha
Recipe for the day is Paneer Paratha. Hope u all had a great weekend. Mine was a bit tiring one. I had guests at home and was busy with pre arrangements. It was quite tiring. And I couldn't make time for my blogging. So today I thought of sharing an amazing recipe with you.
Stuffed parathas are always a versatile recipe. When you are quite busy, you could depend on stuffed parathas. You literally don't need any curry for this. However you can go with leftover curry as well. I served it with homemade eggless mayonnaise. So without any delay off to the recipe......
Give it a try and do let me know your experience
