Eggless Apple Pudding
The cooking part is only the warming up of milk. Rest is all about blending and mixing. I have not added sugar in this recipe since my apples were too ripe. You can add sugar if you need a sweeter pudding. Here goes the recipe....

Ingredients
Apples- 2 nos
Milk- 1/2 cup+ 3 cups
Milkmaid- 1 cup
Vanilla extract- 1 tsp
Gelatin- 1 tsp
Tutti fruity- to garnish
Method
1. Peel, slice, chop apples and keep aside
2. Soak gelatin in some cold water
3. Take apples in a blender. Add in half cup milk and puree smooth
4. Take remaining milk in a saucepan and warm it. Add in gelatin mix and give a good stir.
5. Add in apple puree, milkmaid and vanilla mix. Stir well in low flame for 2-3 minutes
6. Pour on to a serving dish and cover with a plastic wrap. Chill for 1 hour
7. Garnish with tutty-fruity and chopped apples and serve chilled....
Now towards step wise illustrations.......
Take apples
Peel it
Take gelatin in a bowl
Add some water and soak it
Well soaked
Take chopped apples in a blender and reserve some to garnish
Pour in milk
Puree it out
Take milk in a saucepan
Add in soaked gelatin
Mix it up
Mix it up well
Add in vanilla essence
Mix it well and cool completely
Now take your seving glass
Pour the apple mix
All poured
Now cover it with a plastic wrap. I couldn't find so I used foil paper instead
Remove it to freezer
Freeze it for 1-2 hour
Now add in chopped apples
Add in tutty-fruity as well
