Delhi Street jalebi

This is a Street Food.... I had it once when we were on a trip to Delhi.. The hotel in which we were residing was on the midst of a Street. As we were walking around to buy some Delhi sweets for all at home,  we found a bakery and stepped in.. We ordered some sweets and waited. At that time I noticed an old man at the corner making something. His hands were moving in such a great speed that it was amazing to watch it. My hubby was standing at the bill counter and I approached him.. He smiled and asked "Jalebi logi kyaa bittojiii" ? I just nodded and he gave me a plate of hot Jalebi. It was toooo toooo good... My hubby came by then and he too ordered the same. It was a plateful of jalebis with just 10 rs.. I just asked him in the Hindi I know how to make it. He briefed the recipe which was later translated to me by my hubby.... So here I go with another sweet recipe.. Give it a try and let me know your experience.... Note:- This is my version of the recipe because I c...
