Kadai Chicken



This is an authentic dish which we get in all restaurants.The ground masala in which chicken gets cooked gives it a nice aroma. You should try this atleast once, I am sure you are going to fall for this. It goes well with rotis or pulav.So here we go with the recipe..

Ingredients

Chicken- 1/2 kg
Onion- 2 medium
Capsicum- 1
Green chillies- 2 nos
Dry red chilli- 4 nos
Corriander seeds- 2 tbspn
Garam masala- 1 tsp
Salt- as per taste
Sugar- 1 tsp
Oil- 2 tbsp
Tomato- 1 
Milk- 1 cup
Water- 1 cup

Here we begin.....

1. In a kadai, dry roast red chillies and corriander seeds.

2. Once cooled, move to a blender and powder it.


3. Heat oil in a kadai. Add in onions and saute it.

4. Add in tomatoes and saute till it turn mushy.

5. Add in green chillies.

6. Add in the ground masala and mix well.

7. Add in chicken pieces and mix well.

8.Add in salt.

9. Add in water.

10. Cover and cook.

11. Once chicken gets cooked, add in capsicum and saute well.

12. Add in milk and mix well.

13. Once it starts boiling, add in garam masala and give a good mix.

14. Dry watery content till the consistency you need.. Serve hot with roti or rice.
