Restaurant Style Poori Bhaji
This is my favourite recipe which I would like to have as breakfast or dinner. It is a so easy recipe with a good flavour. You just need a handful of ingredients to make this. You must try this once and see how it will turn out to be your favourite recipe.H ere I am sharing with you Bhaji recipe...

Ingredients
Potatoes- 2 large boiled and peeled
Big onion- 1 large
Green chillies- 2 chopped
Turmeric powder- 1 tsp
Garam masala- 1 tsp
Mustard seeds- 1 tsp
Urad dal- 1 tsp
Fennel seeds- 1 tsp
Oil- 1 tbspn
Curry leaves- a string
Here we go for the recipe...
1. Boil, peel and mash the potatoes..
2. Heat oil in a kadai. Crackle mustard seeds,fennel seeds and urad dal-.
3. Add in Curry leaves..
4. Add in onions and green chillies..
5. Saute till it turns golden brown...
5. Add in mashed potatoes...
6. Add in water.
7. Add in turmeric powder and salt..
9. Add in garam masala..
10. Yummy Poori bhaji is readyyyyy.......
