Vanilla Icecream Milkshake

I'm always in love with milkshakes, whether it is Chocolate or Banana or any Fruit . This one is sooo easy..I made Chocolate Icecream Milkshake first and it was a hit. Here I'm sharing with you another version- Vanilla Icecream Milkshake...

Ingredients

Vanilla Ice-cream- 5 big spoons
Chilled Milk- 1 cup
Vanilla essence- 2 drops
Sugar- 2 tbspn

Here we go.....
1.Scoop icecream and move to a blender..
2.Add in chilled milk, sugar and vanila essence. Blend well
3. Pour it onto a serving glass and top with a scoop of icecream. Serve chilled..

 Now towards step wise illustrations....

  Add in vanila essence and blend well

Pour it on your serving glass and scoop it with icecream..


I decorated with some sprinkles and serve chilled....

This is a time saver recipe. Once I was sleepy all day, and had only little time left for preparing dinner. I made chappathis and thought of making an easy curry I had eggs in fridge but making an egg curry would take time. Suddenly, I thought of Egg Burji which my aunt makes for lunch. Cilantro Chapathi/ Coriander Chapathi

You guys know how I love chapathi. I make it often because both of us love chapathi more than rice. Usually I make it for dinner and each time I try varieties in it. Last day, I made cilantro chappathi. It is just because I had quiet a lot coriander leaves lying in fridge and I wanted to consume it badly. So I ended up in this recipe..It turned out to be soft and was really a hit in my kitchen I served it with simple potato coconut milk gravy and the combo was lovely. You can try it out with chicken curry as well. I feel it goes pretty well with any gravy. Here goes the recipe...
