10 min Egg Pasanda Curry

This is a time saver recipe. Once I was sleepy all day, and had only little time left for preparing dinner. I made chappathis and thought of making an easy curry I had eggs in fridge but making an egg curry would take time. Suddenly, I thought of Egg Burji which my aunt makes for lunch. Since it was to go well with chappathi, I made  twist in the old recipe. Yeah!!it turned out really well..... So here I share the recipe with you.... Give it a try and do let me know your experience Ingredients Eggs- 2 nos Onion- 1 medium sliced Tomato- 1 small chopped Green chilli- 1 slit Red chilli powder- 1 tsp Turmeric powder- 1/2 tsp Pepper Powder- 1 tsp Salt- as per taste Garam masala- 1 tsp Corriander leaves- 1 tsp Curry leaves- 1 spring Oil- 1 tsp Water- 1/4 cup Here we begin.. 1. This was my instant recipe for lunch. Once my hubby needs to rush for a meeting and all I made was rice and mambazha pulissery. I had some mutton in hand and less time. I planned to prepare this recipe. It was all an experiment. Everything was just perfect except it turned bit spicy. Next time when I tried it, it came out perfect!!!! So here I share the recipe with you.... Give it a try and do let me know your experience... Ingredients Mutton- 250 gms cut into cubes Onion- 1 chopped  Green chillies- 2 slit Red chilli powder- 2 tbspn Corriander powder- 2 tsp Turmeric powder- 1 tsp Garam masala- 1 tsp Pepper powder- 1 tsp Salt- as per needed Water- 1/4 cup Oil- 1 tsp Curry leaves- 1 spring Here we begin....... 1. I have been receiving mails to post some vegetable recipes for chapathis and phulkas. As I scrolled down through my drafts, I came across a recipe which I made a couple of days back. It is a simple mushroom gravy with a twist in it... As you make this, your kitchen will be so aromatic and it will be just wow!!!! I love pickles a lot. My mom makes different types of pickles at home. However, I have stayed away from pickles because I thought it would be a tedious task. But I badly wanted to pist puckle recipes in my blig and so I approached my mom. She was ready and told me I will only supervise you have to make it.. We made fish pickle and it came out realky really well... It is pretty easy to make and I am sure I will be pisting many more pickle recipes soon in my blog...
