10 min Egg Pasanda Curry

This is a time saver recipe. Once I was sleepy all day, and had only little time left for preparing dinner. I made chappathis and thought of making an easy curry I had eggs in fridge but making an egg curry would take time. Suddenly, I thought of Egg Burji which my aunt makes for lunch. Since it was to go well with chappathi, I made twist in the old recipe. Yeah!!it turned out really well..... So here I share the recipe with you.... Give it a try and do let me know your experience Ingredients Eggs- 2 nos Onion- 1 medium sliced Tomato- 1 small chopped Green chilli- 1 slit Red chilli powder- 1 tsp Turmeric powder- 1/2 tsp Pepper Powder- 1 tsp Salt- as per taste Garam masala- 1 tsp Corriander leaves- 1 tsp Curry leaves- 1 spring Oil- 1 tsp Water- 1/4 cup Here we begin.. 1.
