Banana Appam- Snack ideas

This is an easy snack recipe to can prepare if you have unexpected guests at home. It is pretty easy to make. The main attraction I felt about this snack is that we can experience same flavours as that of an Unniyappam. I tried it once when I had some guests at home and they truly loved it. Here goes the recipe...... Give it a try and do let me know your experience Ingredients Banana- 2 nos Wheat flour- 1 cup Coconut- 1/4 cup Sugar- 1/4 cup Cardamom powder- 1 tsp Baking soda- a pinch Water- 1/4 cup Oil- for frying Let's begin... 1. Peel and move bananas  to a blender. Puree it 2. Add in cardamom powder and sugar. Add in coconut and mix well 3. Add in wheat flour and baking soda. Mix it up  4. Add in water and make a thick batter 5. Heat oil in a pan and pour in the batter as small balls using a spoon 6. Keeping on low flame cook both sides brown 7. 3 Taste Uthappam

Everytime when I make dosa batter, first couple of days we would enjoy making idli/dosa and the last few days I make uthappam. I haven't posted any uthappam recipe so far in my blog. So I thought of posting an easier version first. I will update more versions of uthappam soon.... Now to the recipe.. These are my instant recipes on uthappam just because literally it doesn't call for any additional cooking or any preparation. I have made a coconut dosa, podi dosa and onionsI- corriander dosa this timeI am sure you guys will love it.. Here goes the recipe.... Kashmiri Pulao

I made this pulao after I saw a video depicting the same. I just tried it because I ought to prepare a pulao but didn't have any veggies on hand. This is pretty easy to make and bit spicy too. It was a total hit in my dinner table. Everyone loved it to the core.. Give it a try and do let me know your experience Ingredients Basmati rice- 1 cup soaked in water Cashew- 10 nos Raisins- 10 nos Onion- 1 large chopped Ginger garlic paste- 1 tsp Chilli powder- 1 tsp Garam masala- 1 tsp Pepper corns- 6 nos Cloves- 4 nos Cardamom pods- 2 nos Fennel seeds- 1 tsp Cinnamon stick- 1 small Saffron milk- 2 tbspn Ghee- 2 tbspn Water- 2 cups Corriander leaves- 1 tsp Here we go...... 1.
