Easy Onion Cheese Sandwich

This is such an easy-peasy recipe. Evening, I was too hungry but at the same time I was feeling lazy too. I thought of making a sandwich rather than toasting and eating with butter/jam. So this recipe came to my mind just because of its easy way. It is a simple sandwich with lots of onions and cheese. And another aspect is I didn't bake sandwich this time. I just cooked it in a tawa. I liked this version, because the inside part turned out to be crispy while the outer part was too soft..... I have just depicted the base version. You can add in veggies, meat or egg as per your taste. I am sure this is going to win your hearts and also a perfect recipe for kid's lunch box as well.... Here goes the recipe......
