3 Taste Uthappam
Everytime when I make dosa batter, first couple of days we would enjoy making idli/dosa and the last few days I make uthappam. I haven't posted any uthappam recipe so far in my blog. So I thought of posting an easier version first. I will update more versions of uthappam soon.... Now to the recipe.. These are my instant recipes on uthappam just because literally it doesn't call for any additional cooking or any preparation. I have made a coconut dosa, podi dosa and onionsI- corriander dosa this timeI am sure you guys will love it.. Here goes the recipe....

Ingredients
Dosa batter- as required
Coconut- 2 tbspn grated
Onion- 2 tbspn chopped
Corriander leaves- 1 tsp
Idli podi- 1 tbspn
Ghee/Oil- 3 tsp for roasting dosa
Here we go...
1. Heat a tawa and pour a laddle of batter.
2. Once it starts to cook, spread some coconut and ghee and flip and cook.. Done!
3. Pour another spoonful of batter on tawa and spread dosa podi and drizzle some oil. Flip and cook. Done!
4. Pour batter on hot tawa and once it starts to cook, spread onion- corriander mix and press it gently. Flip and cook. Done!!!
5. Serve hot......
Now towards step wise illustrations....
Heat a tawa
Pour some batter in, when it's hot
Spread some coconut in
Flip and cook
Coconut Dosa Done!!!
Pour another spoonful of batter
Spread some dosa podi....
Flip and cook
Podi Dosa done!!!!!!
Pour another spoonful of batter
Spread some onions and corriander leaves
Press the top gently
Onion-Corriander Dosa done!!!!!
Serve with your favourite chutney. Enjoy your plate......
