Simple Fish Curry
This is the most simplest version of a fish curry. It is pretty easy to make and taste is also good. It takes only little time to try this out and believe me you will love it to the core.. So here I share with you the recipe

Ingredients
Fish- any white fleshed fish
Tamarind- 2 pods
Salt- as per taste
Water- 1 1/2 cup
Coconut oil- 1 tbspn
Curry leaves- 2 spring
For ground masala
Coconut- 1/2 cup
Shallots- 6nos
Red chilli - 2 tbspn
Corriander powder- 1 tbspn
Pepper powder- 1 tsp
Cumin seeds- 1 tsp
Water- 1/4 cup
Here we go
1. Take all items listed under ground masala to a blender and puree it smooth
2. Heat a kadai and move the masala in and add in water. Bring to boil.
3. Add in salt and tamarind pulp
4. Add in fish pieces and cook till the water gets reduced to half
5. In a pan heat coconut oil and splatter some curry leaves
6. Mix it up well. Serve hot with rice..
Now towards step wise illustrations
Take coconut in a blender
Add in some red chilli powder
Add in corriander powder
Add in cumin seeds
Add in black pepper powder
Add in shallots/ sambar onions
Add in water and puree it smooth
Heat an eathern pot and move the puree on to it
Add in water and bring it to boil
Add tamarind pods and add water. Mash it well with your hands
Add in salt and mix well
Add in tamarind pulp to it
Add in cleaned fish pieces. I used king fish. You can use any white fleshed fish
Bring it to boil
Heat oil in a pan
Add in some curry leaves
Cook til the gravy is reduced into half.
Serve hot
