Shahi Paneer- Sanjeev Kapoor Recipe
Not much! I love paneer so much and trying out various paneer dishes is part of my experiments.. lol... This is one such recipe. This is completely an adopted version from Sanjeev Kapoor's Recipe. A complete restaurant style dish.. I bet you are going to love it to the core.... So here I share the recipe with you dears...

Ingredients
Paneer- 250gm cut into cubes
Onions- 1 large chopped
Tomatoes- 1 medium chopped
Red chilli powder- 1 tsp
Corriander powder- 1 tsp
Turmeric powder- 1/2 tsp
Garam masala- 1 tsp
Cream- 4 tbspn
Water- 1 cup
Sugar- a pinch
Salt- as per taste
Kasuri methi- dried leaves 1 tsp
Butter- 2 tbspn
Here we go..
1. In a pan heat butter and saute onions well
2. Add in cashews and saute well
3. Once cashews turn lightly brown, add tomatoes and cook till it turns mushy
4. Add in spice powders and give a good mix. Add in sugar
5. Add 2 tbspn of water and just bring to boil
6. Move the mix to a blender and puree it.
7. In the same pan add butter and cook the masala till oil seperates
8. Add in water and bring it to boil
9. Add in paneer cubes and kasuri methi leaves. Cover and cook.
10. Add in cream and final mix. Serve hot
Now towards step wise illustrations
1. Hear butter in a pan and saute onions well
2. Add in cashews and saute till golden
3. Cook onions till translucent
4. Add in tomatoes
5. Add in chilli powder, turmeric powder, corriander powder, salt and garam masala
6. Add in a dash of water and bring it to boil
7. Add in sugar
8. Move it to a blender and puree it
9. Move it to a pan and add a dollop of butter and mix well
10. Add in paneer cubes and mix well
11. Add in kasuri methi leaves
12. Finally, add in cream and mix well. Serve hot
