Stuffed Capsicum Cheese Paratha

Stuffed parathas are my all time favourite. This one is actually born just because I wanted to consume a capsicum which was lying in my fridge for days. I had always made capsicum as an ingredient of a side dish. Yesterday, I planned to make chapathi and as usual my first thought was aaloo capsicum subji. But then I thought of making it as a stuffing and make a paratha. To avoid the raw taste of capsicum, I added cheese. And this turned out to be the star in my dinner table yesterday. I am sure you are going to love this to the core.. So without any delay I am sharing with you the recipe.......

Give it a try and do let me know your experience
